1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

• Email address and first name (account).
• Optional connected social analytics you choose to share: engagement metrics such as likes, comments, shares, saves, views, impressions, reach, follower counts/demographics, and post performance provided by platforms you connect.
• Media kit content you upload (text, images, links, analytics you include). Published media kits are public until you unpublish or delete them.
• Usage data for security and performance: IP address, device/browser information, pages viewed, timestamps, and cookies.

We do not collect last name, phone number, or postal address.

3. Why we process your data (legal bases)

• Contract: operate your account and host/display your media kits.
• Consent: publishing media kits publicly; optional analytics/cookies.
• Legitimate interests: security, abuse prevention, and service improvement.
• Legal obligation: comply with applicable law.

4. Where we store and process data

We host our application and database on EU‑based cloud infrastructure with primary processing in Germany. We do not intentionally store or process personal data outside the EEA/UK. Limited technical routing may occur over the internet or via content delivery networks and is minimized. If we add any non‑EEA providers in the future, we will use appropriate safeguards and update this notice.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and security. Optional analytics cookies are used only with your consent via our cookie banner. You can change your preferences at any time from the footer link.

6. Retention

Your account and media kit data are kept while your account is active. You can delete your account and disconnect social accounts in‑app at any time; associated personal data is deleted or anonymized. Backups roll off after a short retention window.

7. Your choices and rights

In‑app you can:

• Publish, unpublish, or delete media kits.
• Disconnect connected social accounts.
• Export or delete your account.

You can manage your data directly in the app. If you have questions about your personal data or need help, contact hello@ezrakits.com. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use EU‑based cloud infrastructure with data encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted by role‑based permissions, and our database enforces row‑level policies to scope data to authorized users. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes

We may update this notice periodically. We will post updates here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in‑app.
