- What is Moxy?
- Moxy is the agent inside Ezra. She builds media kits, link-in-bio pages and brand pitches, calculates engagement rate and earned media value, reads contracts clause by clause, tracks usage and exclusivity windows, raises invoices and builds the campaign report. You approve everything before it reaches a brand.
- Can I just forward things to her?
- Yes, that is the main way people use her. You get a dedicated address, and you forward the brand email, the brief or the contract. Moxy reads it and fills in the deal, the rate, the split, the deliverables, the usage and the exclusivity. There is no data entry and no new interface to learn.
- Does Ezra replace a talent manager?
- No. It takes the work nobody signed up for. The negotiating, the relationships, the strategy and the taste stay with the manager. Moxy drafts, your team approves and sends.
- How does it pick which talent fits a brief?
- It reads the brief against the roster and matches on brand fit and category alignment rather than on who has the biggest numbers, then cross-checks every live exclusivity and usage window so nobody is put forward into a conflict.
- Where do the numbers come from?
- First-party Instagram, TikTok and YouTube data from connected accounts. Engagement rate, reach, earned media value, splits and commission are computed the same way every time, so the number in the pitch matches the number in the report and the number on the invoice.
- What does the contract review actually do?
